Hivos

Hivos is a Dutch development organisation guided by humanist values. Together with local civil society organisations in developing countries, Hivos wants to contribute to a free, fair and sustainable world. After some investigation, Hivos selected the Compiere ERP solution, as part of the ActFact FundsManagement Add-on Project (AFFM) established by the ICTU, an authority on electronic government in The Netherlands. Hivos further developed the AFFM Compiere application and went live with 150 users in January 2011 at their headquarters in The Hague and in regional offices in Southern Africa, Central America, India and Southeast Asia.
